NightCulture Director, Surain Adyanthaya on more information about Stereo Live Dallas:
What encouraged NightCulture to expand to Dallas?
Actually, NightCulture has been doing shows in Dallas for years under the Full Access sub-brand! In the last 12 months we have had
over 50 major shows and a festival called Something Wonderful. DFW is the 5th largest metropolis in the US, with a rich dance music
history that we are honored to be a part of. The DFW dance music family is incredibly passionate about the music and DJs - we felt
that the only way for us to completely deliver to their high expectations was to have control of the venue side of the equation.
When an amazing space popped up, we saw this as the perfect opportunity to take the next step and deliver our full vision in
Dallas, as we've been able to do in Houston.
What can attendees expect?
We love dance music and Stereo Live Dallas is designed to provide the best possible experience at a dance music show. World-class
sound, lights, and production are key elements of our Stereo Live brand that we will bring to DFW. Also, the layout is designed
specifically for DJ shows with excellent lines of sight from all parts of the venue. Most importantly we want to create a friendly,
fun, and safe environment for everyone to enjoy the show and make great memories.
How similar is Stereo Live Dallas going to be to the original venue in Houston?
Stereo Live Dallas will be quite different from the original venue in Houston because we want it to fit the unique personality of
the historic building that we are renovating. The building has an amazing retro feel and history that goes back to the 1950s, which
we are preserving during our build-out. What will be similar is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Our people are
the cornerstone of our brand.
What is the new capacity?
The capacity will be around the same as Houston, with shows having 1400 attendees.
Any other AWESOME new features?
One very cool feature is a polyhedron mirror element that's like a disco ball, that came with the building. We are keeping it and
integrating it into the overall design. We can't wait for people to see it! There are a couple other awesome features that we will
keep as a surprise for the grand opening.
