DAL) claimed the 44th spot for U.S. companies, leading all other airlines, in the 2016 Newsweek Green
Rankings, one of the world's foremost corporate environmental rankings. The airline also nabbed the top airline spot for global
companies, ranking 85th.

Newsweek Green Rankings assesses the 500 largest publicly-traded companies in the United
States and the 500 largest publicly-traded companies globally on overall environmental performance.
