"Energy Impact Partners is honored to have Ameren join our platform," commented EIP Managing Partner Hans Kobler. "Ameren's commitment to customers and to operational excellence makes it a perfect fit with our other partners. Together we're working to build the foundations of today's global electricity infrastructure and to help our strategic partners become its leaders."

"We find ourselves in great company with EIP's other strategic partners," said Ameren CEO Warner Baxter. "It is a challenge for a utility to combine innovation with robust and reliable service, but innovation is essential to position Ameren for the future and to meet the rapidly evolving needs of our customers. We look forward to working with EIP and the other partners on meeting that challenge."

EIP invests in companies along the full lifecycle of an electron, from generation through transmission and distribution to consumption.
