Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc (NYSE: RH) reported
weaker-than-expected earnings for the first quarter and lowered its full-year forecast. Restoration Hardware shares dipped 18.77
percent to $29.30 in the after-hours trading session.
Francesca's Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: FRAN) is
projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.17 per share on revenue of $106.76 million. Francesca's shares fell 0.85 percent
to close at $10.44 on Wednesday.

Performance Sports Group (NYSE: PSG) named Harlan
Kent as its new Chief Executive Officer and lowered its earnings outlook. Performance Sports Group shares fell 6.88 percent to
$3.25 in the after-hours trading session.
Wall Street expects Mattress Firm Holding Corp (NASDAQ: MFRM) to post a quarterly loss at $0.04 per share on revenue of $867.20 million.
Mattress Firm shares gained 0.91 percent to close at $34.35 on Wednesday.
Envision Healthcare Holdings Inc (NYSE: EVHC) is
said to be in discussions with Amsurg Corp (NASDAQ: AMSG), regarding a potential merger, according to sources as reported by Dow Jones
on Wednesday. A deal could be announced as early as next week, the sources said. Envision Healthcare shares gained 9.12 percent to
$28 in the after-hours trading session, while Amsurg shares slipped 2.53 percent to $76 in after-hours trading.
Analysts are expecting Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN)
to have earned $4.20 per share on revenue of $652.63 million in the latest quarter. Vail Resorts shares slipped 0.14 percent to
close at $135.24 on Wednesday.
