Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Wall Street expects Science Applications International Corp (NYSE: SAIC) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.74 per share on revenue of $1.15 billion. SAIC shares gained 0.96 percent to $57.87 in after-hours trading.

Symantec Corp (NASDAQ: SYMC) announced its plans to acquire Blue Coat for $4.65 billion in cash. Symantec shares fell 0.52 percent to close at $17.30 on Friday.

Shares of Axiall Corp (NYSE: AXLL) surged over 26 percent on Friday after Westlake Chemical Corporation (NYSE: WLK) announced plans to take over the company for $33 per share, or roughly $3.8 billion, including debt and other liabilities. Westlake Chemical shares fell 0.45 percent to $46.19 in after-hours trading, while Axiall shares jumped 26.15 percent to close at $32.56 on Friday.

Analysts expect Lightinthebox Holding Co Ltd-ADR (NYSE: LITB) to report a quarterly loss at $0.05 per share on revenue of $66.83 million. Lightinthebox shares gained 0.62 percent to close at $2.66 on Friday.

Shares of H & R Block Inc (NYSE: HRB) surged over 12 percent on Friday as the company reported better-than-expected results for its fourth quarter and lifted its quarterly dividend to $0.22 per share. H & R Block shares gained 0.29 percent to $24.30 in the after-hours trading session.
