acquire Vale SA (ADR) (NYSE: VALE) fertilizer unit,
according to sources as reported by Reuters on Friday. Vale's fertilizer assets could bring up to $3 billion in a sale, sources
said. Vale shares gained 0.90 percent to close at $4.46 on Friday, while Mosaic shares declined 0.13 percent to $26.71 in
after-hours trading.

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPWR)
reported a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, in line with the previous payout. The company said its Board approved the 2015
compensation of executive officers, it re-elected three directors, and ratified the appointment of independent auditors for the
ongoing year. Monolithic Power Systems shares declined 1.47 percent to close at $67.90 on Friday.
On Friday, Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB)
announced plans to sell its Chemetall Surface Treatment business to Germany's BASF SE (ADR) (OTC: BASFY) for around $3.2 billion in cash. BASF shares declined 0.65 percent to close at
$76.75 on Friday, while Albemarle shares rose 0.23 percent to $82.99 in the after-hours trading session.
