CACI, SCS

 

  • Skypeople Fruit Juice Inc (NASDAQ: SPU) shares dipped 13.6 percent to $2.32.
  • CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) shares dropped 7.9 percent to $91.56 after the company issued a weak forecast for 2017.
  • Whiting Petroleum Corp (NYSE: WLL) shares declined 7.7 percent to $11.17 as the company reported that it has entered into exchange agreements of $1.06 billion of notes for new mandatory convertible notes.
  • Steelcase Inc. (NYSE: SCS) shares fell 3 percent to $14.34. Steelcase reported better-than-expected results for its first quarter, but issued a weak outlook for the second quarter.
  • Red Hat Inc (NYSE: RHT) shares slipped 3 percent to $77.41. Red Hat reported in-line earnings for its first quarter, but exceeded analysts’ sales estimates. The company issued a weak earnings forecast and announced a $1 billion buyback program. Red Hat also announced plans to acquire API management leader 3scale.
