responsible for CipherLoc's engineering, testing, and quality assurance leadership as the company continues to accelerate its
commercialization efforts.
Mr. Hufnagel is a highly-accomplished executive with over 20 years of engineering and management experience for major
organizations in the technology and software space. Most recently, he was at Blizzard Entertainment (NASDAQ: ATVI) where he led a
team of over 50 engineers in the development and deployment of Battle.net - an internet-based online digital distribution and
digital rights management platform used by millions of users. Prior to that, he held various software design, architecture, and
engineering leadership roles in several companies including Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW) and OpenTable (part of Priceline Group).
Mr. Hufnagel was awarded a BS in Computer Science from Sonoma State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the
University of San Francisco. With extensive experience in the development and deployment of complex software solutions, Mr.
Hufnagel is a valuable addition to the CipherLoc team.
