Notice of Annual General Meeting and Change in Investing Strategy
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of All Star Minerals Plc (the "Company") will be held
at 1 Claydon Business Park, Great Blakenham, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 0NL on Monday 25th July 2016 at
12.00 pm to discuss, inter alia a proposed change to its investing strategy.
Presently, the investing policy is focussed on natural resource projects. It will be proposed that the new investing strategy
will be broadened to also include financial services, engineering and support services, renewable energy, construction and
technology. The rationale behind the proposed change in investing strategy is to allow the board to explore a wider range of
opportunities with a view to seeking a return on investment for its shareholders.
