  • Versar Inc. (NYSE: VSR) shares surged 34 percent to $1.54 as the company reported that it has been awarded a new contract for critical environmental work on behalf of Air Force Civil Engineer Center with contract ceiling of $500 million.
  • Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORD) shares climbed 33 percent to $1.53 as the company reported a new three-year agreement with a global healthcare provider.
  • Hooper Holmes, Inc. (NYSE: HH) gained 13.5 percent to $1.35 after the company reported the addition of MinuteClinic to its national health screening network.
  • SUPERVALU INC. (NYSE: SVU) shares surged 8.8 percent to $5.01 as the company reported that it has entered into a long-term supply agreement with Marsh Supermarkets.
