Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - July 7, 2016) - Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTC Pink: PKKFF) ("Peak" or
the "Company") today announced that its Chinese subsidiary, Asia Synergy Technologies Ltd. ("AST"), has begun the beta testing
phase of the Gold River Fintech platform.
Gold River is a web-based platform designed to allow AST to receive and process petrochemical raw material orders from its
clients, and place petrochemical raw material orders with its suppliers. In addition to receiving and processing client orders,
Gold River allows AST to offer value-added services to its clients, including purchase order financing and logistics related
services. The platform will eventually also allow for the online financial settlement of transactions once the beta testing period
is completed, which AST expects to run through the end of August 2016. Until then any transactions conducted on the platform will
be financially settled offline.
