in-home assessments and care management, has received credentialing recertification from the National Committee for Quality
Assurance (NCQA). This certification allows Matrix health plan clients to continue to fully delegate all of their credentialing
responsibilities to Matrix.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that companies review and verify a clinician’s training,
experience, practice history and license. This process, known as credentialing, is completed initially when a clinician is hired
and then at regular intervals thereafter.
Matrix has one of the largest networks of providers across the country and credentials approximately 400 clinicians monthly. As
a part of the ongoing certification process, NCQA will audit Matrix biannually.
