TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) announced today that Jay C. Hoag, a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Board’s
Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, has resigned effective July 8, 2016. Mr. Hoag served on the Board
of Directors of TechTarget since May 2004.
