Grant of Share Options to Director and
Director Dealing Amendment
DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond mining, development and exploration company, announces
the following grant of share option to Chris Ellis, Non-executive Director of the Company.
Mr Ellis was on 13 July 2016 awarded options ("Options") over 300,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company. The Options are exercisable at 7.25 pence each and exercisable between the third
anniversary and the tenth anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
The exercise price represents a premium of 20.8% to the recent placing price and 9.4% to the closing mid-market share price of
6.625 pence on 13 July 2016.
Director Dealing Amendment
Further to the announcement of 12 July 2016, the Company announces that the resultant shareholding
of Jonathan Willis-Richards upon Admission of the Broker Option Shares (as defined in that announcement) is 2,633,562 ordinary
shares, representing 0.55% of the enlarged issued share capital upon Admission of the Broker Option Shares. All other figures
remain correct.
