SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - July 15, 2016) -
NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE US OR THROUGH US NEWSWIRE SERVICES
Lattice Biologics Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: LBL) (OTCBB:
BLVKF) ("Lattice Biologics" or the "Company") announced today that Mr. Gregory Davis has
resigned as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 14, 2016, to pursue other endeavors. The Company's operations team possesses
excellent depth of experience in management and biologics operation, which will ensure a smooth transition.
"Greg has been a valued partner as our COO during his tenure and made many contributions to Lattice Biologics," said
Guy Cook, Lattice Biologics CEO. "We thank him for his efforts over the years as well as his commitment to quality and we
wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
This update follows closely after several highly positive developments for the Company. These include a funding infusion from
the close of the USD $260,000 first tranche of its new private placement (announced on June 28, 2016) and two major hospital group approvals (announced on June 9, 2016 and June 20, 2016).
The hospital approvals are anticipated to generate significant demand for the Company's allograft products. In response,
Lattice Biologics is currently preparing on multiple fronts for increased production. Concurrent with its ongoing cost-cutting
measures focused on streamlining operations and improving cash operating margins, the Company has eliminated the Chief Operating
Office position and is creating an improved structure for continued operational success.
