Guidance Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: GUID) today announced the Company will issue financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016, after market close on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. A conference call is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time the same day. Guidance Software's Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Dennis, and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Barry Plaga, will discuss the financial results followed by a question and answer session with analysts and investors.
