Celanese Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.36 Per Share
Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE), a global technology and specialty materials company, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per
share on its Series A common stock, payable on August 11, 2016.
The dividend is payable for the period beginning May 1, 2016 and ending on and including July 31, 2016 to stockholders of record
as of August 1, 2016.
