Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") wishes to notify that IRC, a producer and developer of industrial commodities in which the Company is a significant shareholder, has today announced its Second Quarter Trading Update for the three months ended 30^th June 2016.

IRC also released an announcement on the 20^th July under the heading 'Russian Government Officials' Site Visit to K&S with Positive Comments'.
