VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - July 26, 2016) - Zadar Ventures Ltd. (the "Company")
(TSX VENTURE: ZAD) (FRANKFURT: ZAV) (OTCQB:
ZADDF) announces it has received the required work permits from the Federal Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") to complete
2 drill holes on its WSP Lithium Project (the "Project") in Nevada.
The work approved in the recently received permits allows for a Phase 1 exploration program at WSP consisting of an initial
diamond drillhole and should results prove positive, a second follow-up exploration drillhole. The two drill sites that have ben
permitted for were selected based on their ability to target potential lithium-brine-bearing formations, within the Clayton
Valley Basin.

that will allow the Company to testsits flagship Clayton Valley Lithium Project. It is expected drilling activities on the WSP
Lithium Project will begin by early Q3 of this year."
The initial drillhole planned for the WSP lithium project will target lithium brine-bearing formations interpreted to exist on
the WSP claim block and will consist of diamond drilling to depths of at least 800m. The Company's operator in the Clayton
Valley, NV. GeoExplor Corp. will manage the drilling program.
