(TSX: WG; OTC-QX: WGPLF) ("Wellgreen Platinum" or the "Company") announces that Jeffrey Mason,
formerly Chief Financial Officer, is no longer with the Company, effective immediately.
The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
