Sepura PLC (LSE: SEPU) (the "Company") announces that Gordon Watling, its Chief Executive Officer, has voluntarily surrendered the award under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan granted to him in 2013 which would otherwise have today vested in respect of 14,007 shares in the Company.
