("Forbidden" or the "Company")

Forscene partners with Fanview for sports content

Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted market-leading cloud video platform owner announces that it has today signed a partnership with Fanview Consultancy LLP ("Fanview"), the sports content and experience specialists, to expand Forscene's network in the digital content arena.

Fanview helps rights owners and content creators produce and distribute video that is tailored to their audience.

Fanview is owned by Jim Irving, a non-executive director of Forbidden. The non-exclusive partnership is on similar terms as the Company's other reseller arrangements.

Jason Cowan, business development director at Forbidden Technologies, said:

"We are confident that working with the Fanview team will deepen our presence in the sports market. We look forward to benefitting from the team's experience and wide ranging contact base."

Related party transaction

In view of the fact that Jim Irving is a director of Forbidden Technologies and is the owner of Fanview, the entry by Forbidden into the partnership with Fanview is considered to be a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company's directors (with the exception of Jim Irving), having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, Allenby Capital Limited, consider that the terms of the partnership between Forbidden and Fanview are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
