Guidance Software Announces Upcoming Conference Participation

Guidance Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: GUID) today announced plans to participate in two upcoming investor conferences:

The Oppenheimer 19th Annual Technology, Internet & Communications Conference to be held August 9-10, 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. Guidance is scheduled to present at 3:05 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 9^th. Guidance’s President and CEO, Patrick Dennis, and Chief Accounting Officer, Rasmus van der Colff, are scheduled to participate in meetings with investors throughout the day.
The Canaccord Genuity Growth Conference to be held August 10-11 at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. Guidance is scheduled to present at 12:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 10^th. Guidance’s President and CEO, Patrick Dennis, and Chief Accounting Officer, Rasmus van der Colff, are scheduled to participate in meetings with investors throughout the day.
