better-than-expected results for its second quarter, but issued a weak earnings guidance for the current quarter. Fossil saw
FY16 EPS at $1.80-$2.65 vs. estimates of $2.06 and Q3 EPS of $0.15-$0.40 vs. estimates of $0.68. Fossil shares rose 0.03
percent to $30.37 in pre-market trading.
- Analysts expect Michael Kors Holdings Ltd (NYSE: KORS) to report quarterly earnings at $0.74 per share on revenue of $953.07 million
before the opening bell. Michael Kors shares slipped 0.58 percent to $49.82 in after-hours trading.

Yelp Inc (NYSE: YELP) reported a surprise profit
for the second quarter. The company also exceeded analysts’ sales estimates. Yelp shares climbed 11.40 percent to $36.36 in
pre-market trading.
- Analysts are expecting Wendys Co (NASDAQ: WEN)
to have earned $0.09 per share on revenue of $368.65 million in the latest quarter. Wendys will release earnings before the
markets open. Wendys shares gained 2.06 percent to $10.40 in after-hours trading.

Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) reported upbeat earnings
for its third quarter on Tuesday. The company also reported a minority stake in BAMTech, a video streaming provider previously
formed by Major League Baseball. Disney shares fell 1.22 percent to $95.49 in pre-market trading.
- Before the opening bell, Perrigo Company plc (NYSE:
PRGO) is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $2.01 per share on revenue of $1.43 billion. Perrigo shares rose
0.14 percent to $95.22 in after-hours trading.

SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) posted a loss
for its second quarter and issued a weak revenue forecast. Management expected a workforce reduction of about 15 percent
totaling about 1,200 employees in the future and restructuring charges totaling $30-$45 million. SunPower shares dropped 22.26
percent to $11.49 in pre-market trading.
- Wall Street expects Shake Shack Inc (NYSE: SHAK)
to post quarterly earnings at $0.13 per share on revenue of $63.11 million after the closing bell. Shake Shack shares gained 0.17
percent to $41.65 in after-hours trading.

SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ: SCTY) reported a
narrower-than-expected loss for its second quarter, but issued a weak earnings forecast for the current quarter. SolarCity
shares rose 0.16 percent to $24.59 in after-hours trading.
