  • Clean Energy Fuels Corp (NASDAQ: CLNE) rose 23 percent to $3.58 in pre-market trading after the company posted stronger-than-expected quarterly earnings.
  • Yelp Inc (NYSE: YELP) rose 14.1 percent to $37.24 in pre-market trading as the company reported a surprise profit for the second quarter. The company also exceeded analysts’ sales estimates.
  • Ocwen Financial Corp (NYSE: OCN) shares rose 10.2 percent to $2.93 in pre-market trading. S&P raised its overall rankings on Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC from Below Average to Average.
  • DHT Holdings Inc (NYSE: DHT) rose 7.7 percent to $5.17 in pre-market trading as the company posted upbeat Q2 results.
  • JD.Com Inc(ADR) (NASDAQ: JD) rose 4.7 percent to $23.41 in the pre-market trading session as the company provided revenue outlook for the third quarter that was better than the Street estimate. Its revenue for the second quarter came in ahead of the estimates. The company suffered a net loss of 132.1 million Yuan or $19.92 million in the second quarter.
  • Ralph Lauren Corp (NYSE: RL) shares rose 4.1 percent to $98.90 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q1 earnings.
  • Fossil Group Inc (NASDAQ: FOSL) shares rose 3.6 percent to $31.45 in pre-market trading. Fossil reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter, but issued a weak earnings guidance for the current quarter.

  • Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO) shares dropped 32.4 percent to $0.510 in pre-market trading. Gevo reported a Q2 adjusted loss of $0.15 per share on revenue of $8.1 million.
  • SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) shares fell 30.8 percent to $10.23 in pre-market trading after the company posted a loss for its second quarter and issued a weak revenue forecast. Management expected a workforce reduction of about 15 percent totaling about 1,200 employees in the future and restructuring charges totaling $30-$45 million.
  • Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) shares fell 28.7 percent to $21.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted weaker-than-expected Q4 results and issued a downbeat guidance.
  • Health Insurance Innovations Inc (NASDAQ: HIIQ) shares fell 12.8 percent to $4.10 in the pre-market trading session after surging 17.50 percent on Tuesday.
  • Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO) shares fell 12.5 percent to $83.25 in pre-market trading as the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings and lowered its full-year outlook.
  • Minerva Neurosciences Inc (NASDAQ: NERV) shares fell 7.8 percent to $10.75 in pre-market trading after rising 0.52 percent on Tuesday.
  • Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CYBR) shares fell 5.3 percent to $52.37 in pre-market trading. Cyberark’s quarterly earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations.
  • Michael Kors Holdings Ltd (NYSE: KORS) fell 5 percent to $47.63 in pre-market trading. Michael Kors reported better-than-expected earnings and revenue for the first quarter. However, the company offered a soft outlook for the second quarter and fiscal year 2017.
  • Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) fell 4.8 percent to $5.73 in pre-market trading as the company posted downbeat Q2 results and issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) shares fell 4.2 percent to $7.38 in pre-market trading. Cliffs Natural announced an offering of $300 million common stock offering.
  • Wendys Co (NASDAQ: WEN) shares fell 3.8 percent to $9.80 in pre-market trading. Wendys posted better-than-expected quarterly results and lifted its full year forecast.
  • Solaredge Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: SEDG) shares fell 3.8 percent to $17.92 in pre-market trading. The company’s Q4 earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations, however, shares fell due to the company's miss on sales estimates. Company management saw Q1 revenues to be between $130-$139 million vs. estimates of $139.43 and gross margins within 30-32 percent.
  • Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc (NYSE: ZBH) dropped 3.1 percent to $128.95 in pre-market trading. Zimmer Biomet reported an offering of 7.44 million shares of common stock via selling holders.
  • United States Steel Corporation (NYSE: X) fell 2.8 percent to $23.60 in pre-market trading. US Steel priced 19.8 million shares offering at $23.00 per share.
  • Mylan NV (NASDAQ: MYL) shares declined 2 percent to $49.00 in the pre-market trading session. Mylan’s Q2 earnings per share came in above Wall Street consensus expectations, however, the company missed on sales estimates.
