Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099). The dividend is to be paid on 9 September 2016 to Core ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 August 2016.  The ex dividend date is 18 August 2016.
