million before the opening bell. Sorl Auto shares gained 1.64 percent to close at $1.86 on Friday.

- After the closing bell, Vipshop Holdings Ltd – ADR (NYSE: VIPS) is projected to post its quarterly earnings at $0.15 per share on revenue of
$1.89 billion. Vipshop shares gained 3.95 percent to close at $15.52 on Friday.

Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc (NYSE: MAA) is
nearing a deal to buy Post Properties Inc (NYSE: PPS) for about $4 billion, according to sources as reported by the Wall Street
Journal on Sunday. A deal could be announced on Monday. Post Properties shares rose 0.58 percent to close at $62.22 on Friday.
- Analysts are expecting Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) to have
earned $0.60 per share on revenue of $262.95 million in the latest quarter. Fabrinet will release earnings after the markets
close. Fabrinet shares gained 6.56 percent to close at $40.59 on Friday.
