  • OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) rose 13.6 percent to $7.95 in the pre-market trading session driven by the announcement of a new contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The company will receive up to $16.6 million to fund the advancement of its rapid Zika tests.
  • Insys Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: INSY) rose 9.4 percent to $17.91 in pre-market trading as the company reported that its Buprenorphine Sublingual Spray Phase 3 trial has met primary endpoint.

  • Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) shares fell 6 percent to $107.00 in pre-market trading. Intuit reported better-than-expected Q4 results, but issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
  • Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) shares fell 3.2 percent to $89.00 in pre-market trading. Dycom reported stronger-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. However, earnings guidance and new unit figures disappointed investors.
  • Skullcandy Inc (NASDAQ: SKUL) shares fell 2.7 percent to $6.25 in pre-market trading as the company disclosed that it has entered into a new merger deal with Mill Road Capital. The company also terminated its deal with Incipio.
