Dalata Hotel Group plc (Dalata or "the Company")
Double Tree by Hilton Hotel © located at Sussex Road and Burlington Road, Dublin 4 ("the Property"
or "the Hotel")
Dalata announces that, in collaboration with another party who is
negotiating to purchase the Property, Dalata has entered into exclusive discussions to acquire operating
interests in and to commit to a leasehold interest in the Hotel (the "Potential Transaction").
The Potential Transaction is subject to further due diligence and there can be no certainty at this
time that a transaction will proceed and we will update shareholders as appropriate. The Potential Transaction may also be
subject to the approval of Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
