On 23 August 2016, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 519 ordinary shares at a price of 208.50p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 6,085,352 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 97,497,850 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
