Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES), a leading off-price, high-end retailer with approximately 750 stores across the United States specializing in deeply discounted, unique and famous-maker home accessories, linens,
housewares, seasonal goods and gifts, announced today the relocation and improvement of two locations in Southern California. The Tuesday Morning store at California Oaks Center has relocated to Temecula's Palm Plaza, and the Foothill Village Shopping Center store has relocated to the Terra Vista Town
Center in Rancho Cucamonga.

Temecula, Palm Plaza: This relocated location is 90 percent larger
and features a sales floor of 11,386 square feet. It represents the Company's latest prototype, including new fixtures,
flooring, improved lighting and a redesigned store layout.

The new location opened its doors on July 22, 2016, and the official grand
opening was July 31, 2016.

Rancho Cucamonga, Terra Vista Town Center: The relocated store in
Terra Vista Town Center has a 12,577 square foot sales floor and is representative of the Company's latest prototype with
new fixtures, flooring and improved lighting. It also features a redesigned store layout, making it easier for customers
to navigate and shop.

The location's "soft" opening took place on July 29, 2016, and the official
Grand Opening Celebration will happen on August 28, 2016. Guests can register in store to win a Tuesday Morning shopping
spree, and the first 200 customers at the Grand Opening will receive a gift.

Both stores have expanded assortments featuring more of the upscale, brand-name home goods and great prices that guests have
come to expect from Tuesday Morning.
Since January 1, 2016, Tuesday Morning has opened eight new locations nationwide and relocated
or expanded an additional 39 stores. The Company plans to complete work on more than 30 additional locations by the end of
2016 as part of efforts to provide guests greater access to their expanded and unique product offerings and improved in-store
experience.
