  • Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (NYSE: HEB) shares dipped 18.1 percent to $1.45 after the company reported a $5 million direct offering.
  • AeroVironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) shares dropped 17.8 percent to $24.50 as the company posted a wider-than-expected loss for its first quarter.
  • NCI Building Systems Inc (NYSE: NCS) tumbled 14.2 percent to $15.28. NCI Building Systems reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.33 per share on revenue of $462.4 million.
  • Magal Security Systems Ltd. (USA) (NASDAQ: MAGS) declined 12.3 percent to $4.80. Magal Security posted a Q2 loss of $0.12 per share on revenue of $13.6 million.
  • H & R Block Inc (NYSE: HRB) shares dropped 12.1 percent to $21.28 after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its first quarter on Tuesday.

  • Under Armour Inc (NYSE: UA) shares fell 4.2 percent to $39.82. Argus Research downgraded Under Armour from Buy to Hold.
  • Hain Celestial Group Inc (NASDAQ: HAIN) shares dropped 3.8 percent to $35.70 driven by the filing of a non-timely 10K.
