announce the voting results of its special shareholder meeting held on September 1, 2016.
1. Consolidation of common shares
Shareholders of the Company voted to authorize the adoption of a special resolution by the board of directors for the
consolidation of the common shares of the Company on the basis of five (5) common shares for one (1) common share. The
consolidation of the common shares was accepted by a majority of the votes, as follows:

2. Name change
Shareholders of the Company voted to authorize the adoption of a special resolution by the board of directors to change the
name of the Company from « MDN Inc. » to « Les Métaux Niobay inc. / Niobay Metals Inc. ». The name change was accepted by a
majority of the votes, as follows:

It is expected that these resolutions will be in effect over the coming weeks.
