(the "Company") (CSE:LTE)(OTC PINK:LTCCF), a total integrated fibre optic solutions provider, proposes to complete a non-brokered
private placement financing of 2,173,913 common shares at a price of $1.15 per share for gross proceeds of $2,500,000 (the
"Offering").
The proceeds of the Offering will be used for working capital purposes. The Company may pay a finders' fee equal to 6% of
the gross proceeds of the Offering.
