  • Wall Street expects United Natural Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI) to post quarterly earnings at $0.63 per share on revenue of $2.22 billion after the closing bell. United Natural Foods shares declined 1.44 percent to close at $41.61 on Friday.
  • Novogen Limited (ADR) (NASDAQ: NVGN) disclosed that the FDA has approved the Investigational New Drug application for Cantrixil in patients with ovarian cancer. Novogen shares rose 0.39 percent to close at $2.04 on Friday.

  • Analysts expect Manchester United PLC (NYSE: MANU) to report quarterly earnings at $6.50 per share on revenue of $127.21 million before the opening bell. Manchester United shares fell 0.35 percent to close at $17.26 on Friday.
  • On Friday, CNBC's David Faber reported that Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON)’s deal to be acquired by Bayer AG (ADR) (OTC: BAYRY) could be announced late this week, according to sources. The purchase price for Monsanto is expected to be in high $120s per share, the sources said. Monsanto shares declined 1.18 percent to close at $106.78 on Friday.
