  • Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) shares tumbled 82.9 percent to $1.43 after reporting disappointing results from two Phase 3 vaccine trials that had previously done well in the Phase 2 trial. According to the company, data from the Resolve Phase 3 trial for its vaccine for a potentially deadly respiratory virus didn't meet the efficacy objectives it had set.
  • Real Goods Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGSE) declined 40.7 percent to $2.54. Real Goods Solar shares have dipped 84.26 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 7.62 percent in the same period.
  • Roka Bioscience Inc (NASDAQ: ROKA) dipped 33.6 percent to $0.770. Roka Bioscience priced private placement of preferred stock and warrants.
  • Concordia International Corp (NASDAQ: CXRX) shares dropped 17.9 percent to $5.43. Concordia International issued comments on the UK's Health Service Medical Supplies (Costs) Bill and reaffirmed FY16 revenue guidance of $859 million to $888 million.
  • Towerstream Corporation (NASDAQ: TWER) shares fell 15.7 percent to $1.53. Towerstream priced its 2,962,963 shares offering at $1.35 per share.
  • Histogenics Corp (NASDAQ: HSGX) declined 11.6 percent to $2.96 as the company reported a $30.0 million private placement.
  • Deutsche Bank AG (USA) (NYSE: DB) shares dropped 9.3 percent to $13.40. The U.S. Department of Justice proposed the bank a $14 billion settlement related to probe of mortgage securities, the WSJ late last night reported. However, the bank said that it does not intend to settle near $14 billion.
  • Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) declined 8.8 percent to $1.25. Netlist priced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares at $1.25 per share.
  • FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) shares dropped 7.7 percent to $6.04. JMP Securities downgraded FelCor Lodging Trust from Market Outperform to Market Perform.
  • Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) shares fell 4.2 percent to $39.16 as the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its first quarter and issued a downbeat profit forecast for the current quarter.
