Rock Tech Issues Shares to Arriva Management Inc.

(the "Company") (TSX-V: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIB), is pleased to announce that, further to its news release on July 9, 2016 and the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin on September 9, 2016, it has issued 16,981 common shares to Arriva Management Inc. (“Arriva”) per the shares-for-services agreement (the “Agreement”) conditionally approved by the TSX Venture Exchange on July 29, 2016.

 

As announced on August 8, 2016, the Company has launched an exploration program at its 100%-owned Georgia Lake lithium property. Arriva’s technical team is working alongside Rock Tech’s well experienced field explorers who have years of experience at Georgia Lake.

The Georgia Lake exploration program includes a robust and diverse field component and Arriva is assisting with guidance on this program and other strategic and technical advice on the Company’s further property development. This includes broader support with scientific, exploration and strategic relationships, and the identification, evaluation and potential acquisition of additional battery metal projects.
