  • Vical Incorporated (NASDAQ: VICL) shares tumbled 24.3 percent to $2.92 after the company disclosed that its Phase 2 trial did not meet primary endpoint.
  • MGT Capital Investments Inc. (NYSE: MGT) dropped 15.8 percent to $2.74 as the company reported that it has received a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission. MGT Capital said there is no indication that “the company is or will be the subject of any enforcement proceedings.”
  • CVR Refining LP (NYSE: CVRR) shares dropped 12 percent to $9.93. Velocity Midstream Partners and CVR Refining disclosed the execution of agreements related to the construction of a crude oil pipeline from the SCOOP play in Central Oklahoma to CVR's Wynnewood refinery.
  • Micronet Enertec Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: MICT) shares fell 8.1 percent to $1.70 as the company disclosed that its subsidiary, Enertec Systems 2001 Ltd., was awarded with a $900,000 purchase order for computer based command and control defense system.
  • Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH) shares dropped 5.4 percent to $11.63. The company indicated it was exploring different options with its financial sponsors. The company further suggested that the discussions are still at initial stage only, and there is no time limit for the current review process.
  • Arista Networks Inc (NYSE: ANET) shares fell 3.5 percent to $82.08. MKM Partners downgraded Arista Networks from Buy to Neutral.
  • Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS) shares declined 3.2 percent to $24.20. Imperial Capital downgraded Nautilus from Outperform to In-line.
  • OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) fell 3.2 percent to $8.38. BTIG Research downgraded OraSure Technologies from Buy to Neutral.
