The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR) approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common
stock of $0.46 per share payable on November 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of October 11, 2016.
Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. will announce third quarter 2016 earnings before trading begins on the New York Stock
Exchange, Tuesday, October 25, 2016, followed by a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. To listen to this call live on the
