the 2016 American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) Liver Meeting being held on November 11 – 15, 2016, at the
John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, Boston.

- Summary: AB-423 is a promising antiviral agent that exhibited potent inhibition of HBV replication in cell culture systems

studies showed that AB-423 is a potent inhibitor potentially acting on two distinct stages of the HBV life cycle: pgRNA
