  • Great Basin Scientific Inc (NASDAQ: GBSN) shares tumbled 29.3 percent to $1.62. Great Basin Scientific shares have dropped 99.98 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 9.12 percent in the same period.
  • Real Goods Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGSE) dropped 27.8 percent to $2.75 after the company disclosed that all of its Series A 12.5% Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock has been converted into shares of Class A common stock.
  • LSC Communications, Inc. (NYSE: LKSD) fell 19.3 percent to $30.20.
  • Shineco Inc (NASDAQ: TYHT) shares declined 14.2 percent to $9.60. On Wednesday, Shineco priced IPO at $4.50 per share.

  • KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) shares fell 12 percent to $13.31. KBR shares have declined 17.82 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 9.12 percent in the same period.
  • Ryerson Holding Corp (NYSE: RYI) shares declined 10 percent to $10.16 after the company issued Q3 guidance on Friday. Ryerson projected Q3 net income of $8 million to $12 million and revenue to be flat versus the second quarter.
  • Merrimack Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: MACK) shares dropped 4.9 percent to $6.04. Merrimack announced plans to reduce workforce by 22 percent and announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Robert Mulroy. The company named Gary Crocker as interim CEO.
  • Rowan Companies PLC (NYSE: RDC) fell 3.7 percent to $14.60. Societe Generale downgraded Rowan from Hold to Sell.
  • Align Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGN) shares declined 3 percent to $91.02. Baird downgraded Align Technology from Overweight to Neutral.
