  • Cabelas Inc (NYSE: CAB) surged 14.5 percent to $62.87. The volume of Cabelas shares traded was 4035 percent higher than normal. Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops struck a definitive deal through which the latter would buy the former for $65.50 a share in cash.
  • Janus Capital Group Inc (NYSE: JNS) shares moved up 13.5 percent to $15.90. The volume of Janus Capital traded was 1317 percent higher than normal. Janus Capital and Henderson Group announced their agreement to merge in an all-stock-deal.
  • Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) shares gained 21.1 percent to $28.55. The volume of Winnebago shares traded was 880 percent higher than normal. Winnebago Industries announced plans to acquire towable RV manufacturer Grand Design for in a deal valued at $500 million. The company also reported preliminary Q4 revenue of $263.3 million and earnings of $0.49 per share.
  • FirstCash Inc (NYSE: FCFS) shares rose 6.1 percent to $49.95. The volume of FirstCash shares traded was 270 percent higher than normal. Janney Capital upgraded FirstCash from Neutral to Buy.
