("JEMTEC" or the "Company") the leading provider of integrated technology systems for community based corrections in Canada, has been selected to provide offender monitoring services for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice –
Corrections and Policing. This contract award follows a structured competitive procurement process involving detailed technical and
pricing considerations. The Contract will include an in-province hosted Radio Frequency solution with GPS and Alcohol monitoring as
optional services.
The initial contract has a three (3) year term with an option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions selectable by
Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice for a possible five (5) year term. JEMTEC has provided similar technology and services to the
Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice since 1990. The awarded value of the contract has not been released.
