Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs

LOGI, WGO

 

  • Cabelas Inc (NYSE: CAB) shares reached a new 52-week high of $62.91. Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops struck a definitive deal through which the latter would buy the former for $65.50 a share in cash.
  • Janus Capital Group Inc (NYSE: JNS) shares touched a new 52-week high of $16.29. Janus Capital and London-based Henderson Group announced their agreement to merge in an all-stock-deal.
  • Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) shares gained 19.8 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $28.24 after the company announced plans to acquire towable RV manufacturer Grand Design for in a deal valued at $500 million. The company also reported preliminary Q4 revenue of $263.3 million and earnings of $0.49 per share.
  • Logitech International SA (USA) (NASDAQ: LOGI) shares rose 3.3 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $23.21. Logitech shares have surged 70.54 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 9.12 percent in the same period.
