Oseth, CEO and Mr. Richard Mohr, CFO are no longer with the Company. Mr. Patrick A. Blott, Chairman of the Board, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Michael Hoehn, also a Board member, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
