  • Barracuda Networks Inc (NYSE: CUDA) surged 11 percent to $25.90. The volume of Barracuda shares traded was 1494 percent higher than normal. Barracuda posted stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Tuesday.
  • Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: HAWK) shares moved up 7.5 percent to $34.31. The volume of Blackhawk Network traded was 275 percent higher than normal. Blackhawk reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, but adjusted operating sales fell short of expectations.
  • Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (NYSE: SWK) shares gained 1.9 percent to $119.85. The volume of Stanley Black & Decker shares traded was 78 percent higher than normal. Newell Brands Inc (NYSE: NWL) disclosed a definitive agreement with Stanley Black & Decker to divest its tools unit for about $1.95 billion.
  • Tuniu Corp (NASDAQ: TOUR) shares rose 5.5 percent to $10.17. The volume of Tuniu shares traded was 71 percent higher than normal. Tuniu shares have declined 23.25 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 5.91 percent in the same period.
