REVIEW Mawson West Limited (the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2016-0629 dated June
22, 2016, TSX has determined to delist the ordinary shares (Symbol: MWE) of the Company at the close of business on
November 21, 2016 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
