quarterly earnings at $0.73 per share on revenue of $4.23 billion after the closing bell. Visa shares slipped 0.18 percent to
close at $82.35 on Friday.

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) agreed to acquire Time
Warner Inc (NYSE: TWX) for $107.50 per share in cash
and stock. Total equity value of the deal is $85.4 billion. AT&T also reported Q3 earnings of $0.74 per share on revenue of
$40.9 billion. Time Warner shares climbed 7.81 percent to close at $89.48 on Friday, while AT&T shares declined 3 percent
to close at $37.49 on Friday.
- Analysts expect Kimberly Clark Corp (NYSE: KMB) to
report quarterly earnings at $1.54 per share on revenue of $4.73 billion before the opening bell. Kimberly Clark shares rose 0.34
percent to close at $119.58 on Friday.

- Before the markets open, VF Corp (NYSE: VFC) is
estimated to post its quarterly earnings at $1.15 per share on revenue of $3.63 billion. VF Corp shares gained 0.68 percent to
close at $54.67 on Friday.

Rockwell Collins Inc (NYSE: COL) agreed to buy
B/E Aerospace Inc (NASDAQ: BEAV) for $62 per
share in cash and stock. The deal is valued at $6.4 billion plus the assumption of $1.9 billion in debt. Rockwell Collins also
reported Q4 earnings of $1.58 per share on revenue of $1.445 billion. B/E Aerospace shares slipped 0.08 percent to close at
$50.61 on Friday, while Rockwell Collins shares gained 0.99 percent to close at $84.46 on Friday.
- Analysts are expecting T-Mobile US Inc (NASDAQ: TMUS) to have earned $0.23 per share on revenue of $9.42 billion in the latest
quarter. T-Mobile will release earnings before the opening bell. T-Mobile shares fell 0.64 percent to close at $46.75 on Friday.
- China Oceanwide Holdings Group Co agreed to acquire Genworth Financial Inc (NYSE: GNW) for $2.7 billion in cash. Genworth shares gained 0.97 percent to close at $5.21
on Friday.
