  • F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) shares rose 7.4 percent to $128.35 in pre-market trading after the company announced upbeat quarterly results.
  • Ultra Clean Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: UCTT) rose 7.1 percent to $8.56 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter and issued a strong Q4 forecast.
  • Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ: WDC) shares rose 6.1 percent to $59.95 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat results for its first quarter on Wednesday.
  • Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) rose 5 percent to $18.15 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly results.
  • VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) rose 5 percent to $76.90 in pre-market trading after the bank reported stronger-than-expected quarterly earnings.
  • Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) rose 4.8 percent to $212.00 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter. Tesla said it still expects to deliver about 50,000 new vehicles during the second half of the year, with Q4 deliveries “just over” 25,000 units.
  • Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) rose 3.7 percent to $51.10 in the pre-market trading session after the company delivered better than expected results for the third quarter. The company boosted its EPS outlook for the year 2016 and initiated guidance for 2017.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ: BWLD) rose 3 percent to $139.00 in pre-market trading. Buffalo Wild Wings reported in-line earnings for its third quarter on Wednesday.
  • NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ: NXPI) shares rose 2.6 percent to $101.23 in pre-market trading after QUALCOMM Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) disclosed its agreement to buy the company for $110 a share in cash translating into a total enterprise value of about $47 billion.

  • Rewalk Robotics Ltd (NASDAQ: RWLK) shares fell 22.5 percent to $3.45 in pre-market trading. ReWalk Robotics announced an offering of ordinary shares and warrants and reported preliminary Q3 sales of 1.4 million.
  • AMEC Foster Wheeler plc (NYSE: AMFW) fell 19.4 percent to $5.72 in pre-market trading. Societe Generale downgraded AMEC Foster Wheeler from Buy to Hold.
  • Lendingtree Inc (NASDAQ: TREE) shares fell 14.5 percent to $78.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted weak Q3 results.
  • Rent-A-Center Inc (NASDAQ: RCII) shares fell 14.1 percent to $8.19 in pre-market trading. Rent-A-Center reported Q3 earnings of $0.11 per share on revenue of $693.9 million.
  • AK Steel Holding Corporation (NYSE: AKS) shares fell 9.3 percent to $4.99 in pre-market trading. AK Steel priced its 65 million share offering $4.90 per share.
  • Infinera Corp. (NASDAQ: INFN) fell 9 percent to $8.40 in pre-market trading. Infinera reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.05 per share on revenue of $185.5 million.
  • Groupon Inc (NASDAQ: GRPN) shares fell 8.8 percent to $4.80 in the pre-market trading session. Groupon reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter and announced plans to acquire LivingSocial Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
  • Nokia Corp (ADR) (NYSE: NOK) shares fell 7.4 percent to $4.78 in pre-market trading following Q3 results. Nokia's total quarterly operating profit dropped 18 percent to 556 million euros.
