Intellicheck's Age ID
Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE MKT:IDN), a leader in identity authentication, verification and validation
technology solutions, today announced the signing of a reseller agreement with Carolina Data Systems, a full service IT company
that is the largest provider of computer and point-of-sale systems to ABC (alcoholic beverage control) boards and their retail
establishments in the state of North Carolina. Carolina Data Systems and its subsidiary, SCRC, currently provide hardware and
software services to 145 North Carolina ABC boards representing 300 ABC retail establishments across the state. The reseller
agreement will enable Carolina Data Systems to deliver Intellicheck's industry leading Age ID™ technology solution making it possible for its customers to quickly implement the most
effective identification authentication technology solution. The agreement appoints Carolina Data Systems as the exclusive reseller
of Intellicheck’s products to the state’s ABC boards. Intellicheck expects the new agreement to yield annual revenues of
approximately $150,000.
"We are pleased to welcome Carolina Data Systems as a valued channel partner. This agreement enables CDS clients to rapidly and
easily deploy and operate our Age ID technology solution. As many state ABC boards recognize, Age ID provides critical, real-time
identification authentication that prevents the sale of age-restricted products to minors, while also helping to deter fraudulent
sales. We previously announced to our shareholders that we will identify and work closely with channel partners as we scale our
business. Working with partners such as Carolina Data Systems provides Intellicheck with market leverage and opportunities to help
a broader number of communities address the challenges of underage drinking,” said Intellicheck CEO Dr. William Roof.
Carolina Data Systems President D. Christopher Whitford said the agreement addresses an important need. "This agreement with
Intellicheck culminates our search for a premier ID solution for our customers,” said Whitford. “This has been a high priority for
Carolina Data Systems. The State ABC Commission has placed great emphasis on the importance of effective identity verification. Our
research has determined that Intellicheck will help ABC boards deliver on that mandate more effectively than any other solution.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the most comprehensive market-leading benefits and capabilities. After looking at the
technology solutions available in the marketplace, it became clear that Intellicheck was the logical business partner because of
its industry leading identification authentication technology solutions. We are thrilled to be able to offer this affordable but
powerful technology to our existing and future customers."
Intellicheck's Age ID identity authentication and validation solution reads the barcode data encoded on driver licenses and
government issued IDs, instantly verifying the authenticity of the identification and age information via an integrated point of
sale tool or a mobile device. Age ID draws on a comprehensive database, updated on an ongoing basis, to ensure information is
timely and accurate. It provides the most up-to-date solution to the problem of spotting fake and altered IDs with its ability to
read more than 200 unique DMV barcode formats from every U.S. state and Canadian province. Age ID is available as an app for mobile
devices, or can be integrated with the point-of-sale system.
Intellicheck holds 25 patents and has an additional nine patents pending, many pertaining to identification technology. Its
real-time identity authentication and validation solutions support customers in the retail, hospitality, national defense, law
enforcement, and financial markets. The Company’s products scan, authenticate and analyze components of identity documents
including driver licenses, military identification cards and other government forms of identification containing magnetic stripe,
barcode and smart chip information. Once extracted from the identity card, the information can be used to provide safety, security
and efficiencies throughout these markets.

Established in 1987, Carolina Data Systems is a full-service IT company providing integrated technology solutions to ABC
(alcoholic beverage control) boards in the state of North Carolina. The company’s flagship accounting, inventory control,
